Singapore National Academy Special Program

Since 2015, Bright Internships has helped hundred of students and young professional to develop their career and be stand out from the peers through internship and excursion program that we design in collaboration with corporations in top cities worldwide. We have guided and witnessed how the past client landed great job offers after or created their own startup companies, and those students do grow as an individual. 

Together with Singapore National Academy (SNA), we realize that it is very important for our students to plan their career ahead of time. Especially for high school students who mostly still have vague career direction. While it may seem natural, this actually leads to confusion about which major should they take in university later on. 

Isn’t it great if they know their career direction since early age?

Especially in this era when everything moves and grows so fast which, indirectly, demands them to learn faster so that they can catch up with things around them. We believe that the most ideal method to help them to learn faster is by getting hands-on experience.

We believe that by knowing exactly which career direction they want to go as early as possible, be focus on it, and have international experience, it will help the students to be equipped with more skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, professionalism, self-confidence, and be competitive.

Therefore, collaborating with Singapore National Academy (SNA), we create these special programs dedicated to SNA students from grade 10-12:

I. LOCAL INTERNSHIP

*Internship placements will be 5 days a week/approximately 40 hours a week. It will run for a minimum of 4 weeks and the start date is flexible. The internship can be done individually / group.

The program participants will participate in internships in Jakarta, Surabaya, and Bali. Placements will be arranged with corporates that are aligned with the academic and career interests of students, such as business, creative, design, entrepreneurship, technology et cetera.

II. ASIA EXCURSION

*The program participants will participate a 14-day excursion program in the following destinations: Greater China (China and Hong Kong), South-East Asia (Thailand, Vietnam, and Singapore). 

Learning will be encouraged through the following mediums:

• Corporate project

• On-location business visits and presentation by local experts with the opportunity to present questions and build connections. 

• On-location Institutional visits, exploring collaborative initiative & student exchanges.

• Exposure to local customs and heritage on a daily basis

• Cultural immersion

III. BLOCKCHAIN EXPERIENTIAL PROGRAM

*The program is designed for students / young professionals and faculty members with an interest in understanding about blockchain technology and their global impact on the economy. It runs for 4 weeks program: 1 week to prepare, 2 weeks in Hong Kong, and 1 week to explore and create our own blockchain program.

Diversity made the success of the blockchain ecosystem, and different ages and backgrounds will make this program even more impactful for each participant. There is no prerequisite to take the program and the necessary basic knowledge will be provided during the preparatory first week.

IV. BANGKOK INTERNSHIP

*Internship placements will be 5 days a week/approximately 40 hours a week. It will run for a minimum of 4 weeks and the start date is flexible. The internship can be done individually / group.

The program participants will participate in internships in Bangkok, Thailand. 

Placements will be arranged with corporates that are aligned with the academic and career interests of students, such as business, creative, design, entrepreneurship, technology, et cetera.
