Soft Skill Training: Boost Sales Productivity

On two consecutive weeks, Bright Internships have held a soft skill training class on the theme of “Boost Sales Productivity". This class was divided into 2 parts which are Planning and Monitoring. This online class series was hosted by our PR Officer, Ais Clara, and our Director of Strategic Partnerships as the speaker, Mr. Ariady. This class is suitable for brighterns who want to learn how to increase sales especially during a pandemic like this. Not only businessmen, those who want to become entrepreneurs can also join this class to gain knowledge in marketing.

Resume, Interview and Cover Letter as Career Training Webinar

Bright Internships also held online career training classes besides soft skills training classes. There are three main topics of the career class, namely: resume, interview, and cover letter classes.

The resume and interview classes were held on August 7 and 14 and the cover letter class was held on August 28th.

The resume and interview classes are not only followed by students, but there are also company workers who take this career classes. This shows the enthusiasm of the participants regardless of their age.

Online Career and Soft Skill Training Class

“BASIC SELLING SKILL” Online Class Series

On three consecutive weeks, Bright Internships have held a big online career and soft skill training class on the theme of “Basic Selling Skill” online class series. The first class is Database and Telephone Skill, followed by Presentation Skill, & Negotiation Skill and Handling Rejection class. This online class series was hosted by our PR Assistant, Aulia Juli and our Director of Strategic Partnerships as the speaker, Mr. Ariady.

For the first online class, it was held on 9th of July 2020. BASIC SELLING SKILL: Database and Telephone Skill explain about what is database and why is it important for us nowadays. We also talked about how important our telephone skills are, how to call someone and not only that, we also trained the participants the correct way of calling a client or answering phones.
