Why You Should Do an Internship in Singapore, the Lion City

There are plenty of reasons why you should do an internship in Singapore. Few people are let unmoved by the mere name of "Singapore". A harbour that has soon become a hub for commerce between Europe and Asia, and still excites today by the diversity of its languages and cultures. Small south Asian coffee shops lie just next to global banking skyscrapers, trees and flowers garnish highways, and the view from the CELAVI night club at night is incredible.

Here are a few interesting things that you should know about internship in Singapore:

- In the MRT (Singaporian subway), it is forbidden to have Durian with you. They also forbid to take drinks and foods but the forbidding of this specific fruit is quite amusing (durians are not that stinky!)

- Go at night in the Gardens by the Bay (I call them "The Mushrooms" because come on, that name is easier to remember), just before they close, you will be almost only by yourself.

- The Marina Bay Sands elevators, from the ground to the top, seem to take less than 20 seconds. It surprised me a lot as I first used them, and I even though I had arrived at the wrong floor! Also, if you want to enter, don't forget to have an ID with you.

- Huge malls everywhere. In Singapore, it seems like you can buy everything everywhere as these gigantic places can be found at every corner street.

And much more... Singapore has so much to offer that after only five days, I had the feeling of having spent a month worth of experience there. Imagine staying in that fabulous city for several weeks or months! Let us help you land an internship in Singapore.
