Career Buddy Program (Bright Internships x IBM, Petra Christian University)

Bright Internships in collaboration with International Business Management, Petra Christian University conducted a Career Buddy Program (Comprehensive Career Preparation & Soft Skills Training Program).

The career buddy program focused on preparing students before jumping into the workplace as full-time or interns.

These online programs started on May 19, 2022, with the topic of Internships 101 and Boost Your International Career to give students insight and motivate them to expand their networking and experience at the International level.

At the next meeting on May 24, 27, and 31, 2022, the students learned the materials such as Professional Resume Preparation, Ace Your Interview, Professional Verbal Skills in the Workplace, and Networking Essentials for Your Career as the basic knowledge to prepare their future career. Moreover, it will help them to get hired faster.

The last meeting on June 3, 2022, was closed with material Personal Branding as a Career Tool (Online Presence) which will help them boost their professional branding according to a company standard.

Overall, the program was interactive. On another side, the students got direct feedback regarding their assignments in every material.
