A Summer Christmas? Welcome to Australia!

Soon we will be entering the end of the year. December is usually celebrated with snowy Christmas, chilly weather, and cozy winter vibes.

But, did you know that in Australia, December is actually summertime? That’s right! While many countries celebrate Christmas in the middle of winter, Australians enjoy the holiday season under the warm summer sun.

Instead of building snowmen and sipping hot chocolate, Australians often celebrate Christmas with BBQs, beach trips, and outdoor gatherings with family and friends!

It’s not unusual to see people spending Christmas Day at the beach, enjoying the sunshine, going for a swim, or simply relaxing with their loved ones. Sounds like a completely different kind of Christmas.
